On Monday, June 12th, St Margaret's GAA will celebrate the inaugural girls' football tournament.

Girls from four national schools will participate, and the winning school will have the honour of housing the Hughie Smith Memorial Shield.

This is a very special Shield tournament that gives us the opportunity to remember and celebrate through Gaelic Football, the much loved and fondly remembered Hughie.
