A fantastic performance from our U12 girls saw St. Margarets record a well-deserved victory over Naomh Mearnóg.

From the first whistle, the girls hit the ground running with excellent teamwork, sharp passing, and some superb finishing. The opening goal came early and set the tone for the rest of the game, with St. Margarets dominating possession and creating chances across the pitch.

The forward line was in flying form, racking up 6 goals and 11 points in total. The midfield worked tirelessly, covering every blade of grass and linking defence to attack brilliantly.

Credit to Naomh Mearnóg, who battled hard throughout and scored a well-taken goal of their own in the second half, but the St. Margarets defence stood strong, making crucial blocks and clearances when needed.

This was a brilliant all-round team performance, with every girl contributing to a great result. The coaches and supporters were incredibly proud of the effort, attitude, and skill on display.
