Our ladies’ second team took Cavan by storm this weekend with an unforgettable team-building overnighter - and let’s just say, the craic was ninety! From the moment we arrived, the welcome at Cavan Adventure Centre was second to none. Huge thank you to their incredible crew for hosting us as we tackled land activities like archery, balance beam walking (some of us with more balance than others...), and the ever-inventive tennis football! 💪🎾

💦  Things only got wilder at the water park, where dignity was lost, friendships were tested, and attacks became a competitive sport (Adrienne!). Wet, windswept, and full of laughs, we powered through like pros.  Even the 2 or 3 chickens not involved got soaked, especially Emma. 

🍽️ After drying off, we headed for Fitzpatrick's Tavern in Gowna, where we were again welcomed like royalty - and rightly so, we are a pretty fabulous bunch. Dinner was served, beverages were enjoyed responsibly-ish, and the playlist? Oh yes, it featured some very “tame” background music... if by “tame” you mean karaoke anthems screamed from the bottom of our lungs. 🎤😅

There may have been more singing than sense by the end of it, but that’s what memories (and slightly hoarse voices) are made of.

🎟️ We also pitched in to support the Gowna GAA Lotto - fingers crossed they draw one of our lucky entrants tonight.  We made the most of the new lotto audience and cheekily sold a few of our own tickets (Gina).

🎉 There were birthday celebrations also! Shout-out to birthday queens Rebecca and Josie! We rang in Rebecca’s 21st and Josie’s 18th with serious style. That hotel bar won’t forget us anytime soon.

All in all, an epic weekend full of connection, adventure, and shared madness. Can’t wait for the next one! 💃🔥
