On Saturday, September 7th our U13 Girls team took team bonding to a whole new level with a sleepover at the clubhouse! 

Picture this: 20 girls, 4 brave Mams, and a few unexpected guests (hello, mice and spiders!). 🐭🕷️

The competition was fierce in our epic game of hide and seek (or should we say "manhunt"). Some girls & Mams went to extreme lengths - like lying in cow dung to avoid being caught! 🐄💩 Who knew that was part of the strategy! And let’s not even talk about the parents’ car... 20 spice bags in one vehicle? Let’s just say it’s now a “spice-mobile” with a scent that could knock out a herd of elephants! 🌶️🚗💨

We had an absolute blast, but let’s be real—it was a relief to send the girls home at 10 AM the next morning 😂

A massive thank you to our team mentors Paul & Paulish for organising this wild night and for the airbeds (some of which decided to deflate mid-sleep) 🙈 And a shoutout to  Adrienne, Alanna, Nessa, and Orla for being the night owls (Nessa did retire to the airbed very early though) and to Aisling, Pam and Michelle for keeping the chatter alive!
